Furniture and umbrellas
The word “patio” belongs to retailers. A loose keyword puts your ad under “patio set clearance” searches and pays for people looking for a chair.
Lumber, concrete and steel leave a thin margin. A $15 furniture-search click eats it fast.
Search “patio” and Google shows you Wayfair, Home Depot, umbrella stores and a few builders. Even “patio builder” pulls in people pricing pavers, looking for a deck guy, or planning to pour a slab themselves. The lead sites and the national pergola brands bid on top of it all.
We build campaigns around the structures that pay (covered patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, full backyard builds), keep the furniture and DIY traffic out, and track every design call to a signed contract.

Usually $3k to $8k a month from late winter through early fall, with more in sunbelt markets where outdoor living sells year-round. Clicks run $10 to $30. One mid-size covered patio pays for two or three months.
No. One patio builder per metro. We don’t run two outdoor living companies in the same auction and call it a strategy.
